I have extensive secretarial experience over many years, both freelance and as an employee. I work directly from audio without the use of AI, and do not sub-contract work. Proper names and technical terms are always checked, with appropriate consideration given to the context. I am UK-based and work in the English language only, but am used to dealing with a wide range of regional and international accents.
Work formatted to customer requirements from audio recording. Wide experience of interview and conversational transcription. Clear and accurate documents produced from notes and drafts. All work carried out in strict confidentiality. Any words or phrases which cannot be transcribed with certainty will be highlighted and timestamped for customer attention.
A concise document will be created that provides an objective summary of your meeting, and clearly records agreed actions and accountability.
